Analysis and Design

The Analysis and Design phase is the corner stone of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The Company is certified by ISO 9001:2015 which is used in all stages of the SDLC in a continue effort to secure the Quality of the produced products. Our company as an end to end software provider considers the Analysis and Design phase as the most important stage of the SDLC.  Through interviews we capture the business requirements we analyze the needs and we streamline the procedure through re-engineering process. The findings are included in the analysis document in which every process is detailed described and is the base for the second step – the Design. The Design includes the architecture, user interface, Data modeling and detail input forms and day to day and management reporting. The result of the phase is the creation of the System Design Document (SDD)
