To ensure that the system is up and running, fully functioning, operates optimally and as Designed, the company undertakes the maintenance and support of the product that develop. The company is using online systems in order to communicate with the customers and to register every customer request. Every customer entry is undertaken by the Help Desk and with the proper attention. Within this phase we plan the alterations needed to adapt the system to new rules and laws.
